I am a Registered Horticultural Therapist, educator, and advocate working on Treaty 3 territory. I am dedicated to inspiring curiosity, fostering nourishment, and building hope through the transformative power of horticulture.

My approach blends hands-on practice with education and advocacy to understand and apply the health benefits of horticulture to your target audience.

Beyond my clinical and teaching roles, I collaborate with organizations to offer presentations, workshops, and consulting on the benefits of Horticultural Therapy for health and wellness.

I’ve worked with healthcare professionals, municipalities, educational institutions, parks and conservation authorities, corporations, and community organizations. I help integrate horticulture principles and practices that support health initiatives.

Behind her is a screen displaying a slide titled "From Awareness to Support" with content about Indigenous Food Sovereignty and Security Collective. There is also a banner for "Sustainable Pickering" visible on the side.

I am dedicated to promoting Horticultural Therapy as a profession. Practitioners and partnerships must build responsible and ethical relationships with Indigenous peoples in Nation to Nation relations.

As a settler and guest on this land, I am responsible to support reconciliation through action, thought, word, and deed. Ethical allyship is an ongoing, collective duty that supports truth, reconciliation, health, and ecological healing.

I'm eager to support cross-disciplinary approaches that link people, plants, and the environment for health outcomes.

My clients are in healthcare, city planning, corporate workplaces, universities and colleges, botanical gardens, schools, and educational spaces.
